The Acoustic Tavern offers fine local entertainment in The Pub every Saturday evening. In March we have The Everly Sisters on April 2nd, Just Like Newman on April 9th, and Delvis on the 16th, a New CD Preview Party and Performance with Chris Phillips on April 23rd, and Just Like Newman on the 30th. And unlike a dubious recommendation from a vengeful spinster auntie about an earthy vegetable, we say try The Acoustc Tavern. It really is good and you like it - probably even ask for more. April showers...
again.
As a close friend of both, we'll thankfully award May flowers when April showers. We'll even pony up chocolates if April will agree not to air-dry in the circle at the beach. It's so distracting to the walking dawgs and doggies who are already mutinously distracted with other beachy matters.
Perhaps, even after our cold winter, there's still the need for a little chill, so chill we will at Seven Central with 30 days and nights of fine food, fun and a bunch of cool happenings. Join us.

Our Birthday and Your Gift - Friday, the 1st (No Fooling)
We will officially celebrate The Landing's 7th birthday in The Pub with cake and best wishes for one and all.
And as a gift from us to you, we will offer $50 gift certificates for $25 - valid for full value until June 6th and for half value from then on. This is our birthday present - not available after we get much older (about a week). Ask the host/hostess or your server.
Opening Day - Friday, the 1st - No Joke
Yes, our Sox are opening the season in Texas on Fool's Day courtesy of MLB Commissioner/Funny Guy Bud Selig. Course, his parents named him Allan Huber Selig so we know where the humor comes from.
Anyway, to help The Sox with a little long distance tele-cheering and to help yourself with a little local sustenance, drop by The Pub and enjoy a free hot dog (no joke) during game time (4 to 6 p.m.).
We'll do the same (free hot dog during game time) on the real opening day in Boston - Friday, the 8th, 2 to 4 p.m.

Dinner Specials - Plus New Two Buck Taco Tuesday
Based on our recent winning of the top prize at the First Annual First Parish Church Congregational Chili Bake Off, we will offer $2 Tacos on Tuesdays. Sombreros will not be required nor will you be asked to explain the connection between our winning the Chili contest and our soon-to-be winning Taco Special. Aren't some things just so obvious?
And if course, we'll still offer our All You Can Eat Fish Fry for $14 on Fridays and Prime Rib Special for $16 on Saturdays.
Three for Thankful Tuesdays - 5th, 12th and 19th
As part of our Thankful Tuesdays program, The Landing at Seven Central will donate a check equal to 20 per cent of all food and beverage purchases in the dinning room for the evening's non-profit beneficiary.

Master's Tournament Fun - 7th through the 10th
Golf fun? Is such a thing possible? Yes, for during this year's Master's Tournament, His Lordship will host The Landing - Master's Golf Tournament - Tourney. Pick a player in the Top 20 on the first day, a player in the top ten on the second day, a player in the top five on the third day and the winner on the final day. Limited to the first 25 entries. BIG Easter Sunday - Sunday, April 24th
If you haven't made a final decision concerning Easter, let us suggest: Go with the wide brim straw number with the big feathers. The beige thingy looks as though you might have killed off some furry friends in its making. Regarding sustenance on the big day: Celebrate a great family day at The Landing at Seven Central. You can bring your own (family) or join ours. We will open for brunch/lunch starting at 11 a.m. and we will be serving full dinner from 1 p.m. through 8 p.m. And in keeping with our Easter tradition, the wearer of the best (or most memorable) chapeau of the day will be awarded a $25 gift certificate. Originality is encouraged. Beige furry thingies are not. Call for reservations. We'd love to share the day.

Wednesday Night Trivia will now start at 8:30 in the pub. (The new half-hour jump-up has to do with some participant brain cell union regs.) Plus, The Landing Idol Series resumes Friday, April 1st and The (in)famous Thursday Night Golf and Bike Night with His Lordship returns on Thursday, the 28th with our great regular sponsors and a host of new trivia questions and wicked good prizes and raffles. Plus...
